A Short History of my Fic

I'm not even going to try to give you a chronology. I'm organizationally challenged and had a hard enough time trying to find everything and get it here (and I'm still missing a few bits.)

However, Catfight was my first fic-it's very short episode filler, really, set after HOTR. My second fic was about John going home (whose isn't?) and I don't have a copy of it. I wrote it as I went, drunk on the replies on the board.

The Traveller's Song was my first long fic. I was very interested in Aeryn's parents, and thought that it would be safe to
speculate on-little did I know that they would blow my ideas out of the water by the third season. I posted it in parts at the Dom during a hiatus, and I only had two people reading (thanks, Scaper2 and NIBB) for the longest time, but eventually it picked up steam and I think provided some good drought entertainment. It's probably still nearest and dearest to my heart.

The Patter of Little Feet and New to this World are loosely linked to Traveller's. NTTW also follows I, Crichton. Little Feet and NTTW were also both epics-hiatus fics, posted during the off seasons. I, Crichton is slightly shorter, and was posted during the smaller hiatus after Eat Me.

Hostages to Fate was hiatus fic for after DWTB, and unrelated to the others.

There was no hiatus fic after the break in season four, or season four's end. The trauma of the cancellation and the strange direction of the first half of season four made my muses run away screaming.

Shifting Sands, Sweet Dreams,A Lock of Hair, Galloping Horses, Planet of the Blondes, The Trouble with Granny, Accidents Happen, Public Displays of Affection, Young Love, and Crichton and the THNGVBD, are all shorter stand alone eps..I mean, stories.

My John, Because You Were Closer, Read at Your Own Risk, A Safe Place, Catfight, and Musings on Season three are all very short episode fillers or responses to challenges.

I also have one small fic, Rhys, in the Aeryn years, and Midsummer, a short fic in the John years.

Additions: just found Small Stowaway, a short post DWTB fic, and Home For Christmas, which is ..well, a Christmas fic. Lee reminded me of Nothing Left To Lose, which I completely forgot about! It's a small fic set after Fractures.

Wormholes Are Easy, Johnny Loves Aeryn, It Could Have Been a Wonderful Life, Methods of Interrogation, A Bridge Too Farscape, A Dominar of Eloquence, Zebra Mussel Terror of El Dorado Lake, Namesake, and Disruption 101 (WIP) are all written after PKWars. Only Wormholes Are Easy, A Bridge Too Farscape, Namesake, and Disruption 101 are set in time after the Peacekeeper Wars. The others all start during a set time during the series, even if they then wander off on their own.
